AfiyaAfrica — AI-Powered Telemedicine & Digital Healthcare for Africa

AfiyaAfrica is a Pan-African digital health platform delivering accessible, clinician-supervised telemedicine, AI-assisted triage, and community health worker (CHW) support to underserved communities across 25+ African countries. We combine offline-first mobile technology, localized languages, and mobile money payments (M-Pesa, MTN MoMo, Airtel Money) to bring quality healthcare within reach of patients in both urban and rural settings.

Our AI triage is clinician-supervised — patients are always routed to a licensed human doctor for diagnosis and prescribing. We comply with POPIA, NDPR, and the Kenya Data Protection Act, with strict row-level security on all patient data.

AfiyaAfrica reports verified impact only after live programmes are measured. Our public framework tracks access, completed consultations, referral follow-up, Community Health Worker activity, patient satisfaction, and data-protection compliance without presenting unaudited health-outcome claims.
